Era brings in a couple decades of experience in Finance, and ERP implementation and consulting. Prior to joining Lightfold, she was a versatile ERP system consultant with multiple roles involving documentation and training, solution delivery and implementation, customer service, and project management. Era is a critical thinker and pays close attention to detail, she was the point person if you were looking for a “needle in the haystack”.
Inherently a problem solver, she thrives in providing optimum solution to customers’ requirements. For every project deliverable, she is guided by the question “How can I make the work of my customer easier?”. Era is looking forward to making valuable contribution to Lightfold customers.
