Robert has spent 20+ years in every role on IT related projects from small to enterprise scale clients. Process driven to a fault he has learnt open and honest communication is the most critical component of a project. He has now stepped back from most of the direct project duties to help lead Lightfold as Chief Operating Officer.
Instead of project related KPI’s running his daily life, his new mantra is “Harmony”, and Robert strongly believes that how people feel determines the success or failure of any endeavour. The culture he promotes is one where everyone feels safe, nurtured, challenged, directed, and empowered to purse their roles, this applies to both Lightfold employees and our client project teams. He loves working with Lightfold and is proud to demonstrate the culture that has been nurtured here to anyone in the world.
